Provide technical and business support for users of Citi Applications, field issues and queries, and work with technology partners for remediation. Participate in disaster recovery testing and perform post-release checkouts.
Requirements
- 2-5 years' experience in handling production support activities
- Experience with handling ETL jobs in Oracle/PL SQL
- Ticketing tools like ServiceNow, scheduling tools like AutoSys
- Experience on shell scripting
- Desired experience with ETL Development tools
