Lead Business Analyst

Lead Business Analyst is responsible for delivering value to Sanofi Business Operations through defining tool/platform strategy, managing complex stakeholder relationships, leading projects, and ensuring the utilization of design best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Advanced in MS Office
• Advanced in one or more of the following: ServiceNow HR module, Snowflake and PowerBI, AI and GenAI tools, Advanced in Project management methodologies, Advanced in-Service Management principles/frameworks, Advanced in Data privacy principles, Advanced in Business Cases definition
• Basic knowledge in LEAN, Design Thinking, and Continuous Improvement frameworks
• Basic knowledge in Data and process modelling
• Fluency in English
