The People Services Generalist will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring international permanent transfers and local foreign hires in Budapest, Hungary. The role will involve acting as a key contact for mobility processes, providing expertise on relocation, immigration, and stakeholder management, and supporting employees throughout their journey at Sanofi. The role is a fixed-term maternity cover until 07/2027.

Requirements

  • Graduate or master’s degree with HR / business administration or equivalent previous experience
  • Strong English language knowledge (min. B2-C1) is a must & knowledge of other European language is welcome
  • First hands on experience in a HR Services role preferably in an international multicultural environment
  • Awareness of data privacy rules (GDPR etc.)
  • Strong problem solving, deductive and analytical skills
  • Relevant experience in global mobility management
  • Proficient knowledge on statutory and legal regulations is required
  • Computer literate and familiar with HR / Human Capital Management related tools & systems as e.g. Workday & ServiceNow (advantageous), Assignment Pro
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office with advance level proficiency in Excel (essential)
