People Services Senior Specialist (Germany) position at Sanofi in Budapest, responsible for administering termination activities, managing absenteeism, and coordinating rewards and payroll-related activities. Requirements

  • Knowledge and experience in applying German labour law and collective agreements
  • Broad understanding of complex HR processes and activities
  • German Payroll/HR experience is advantage
  • Self-motivated & result-driven, with a strong ambition and commitment to delivering high quality services
  • Strong customer centricity & ability to interact with internal and external clients in a professional manner
  • Team player, able to work collaboratively transversally and with HR front line teams with an end-to-end mindset
  • Organized and structured to efficiently manage priorities and workflow
  • Attentive to detail and works with precision
  • Computer literate and familiar with HR / Human Capital Management related tools & systems as e.g. Workday & ServiceNow
  • SAP system experience is advantage
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office with advance level proficiency in Excel
  • Fluent in English and German (min. C1)
