As part of our continued growth in the Americas, we’re looking for Application Support Specialists to join our new Technical Support site in Mexico.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Bachelor's degree or 1-2 years of experience in Information Systems Technology, Computer Science, or a similar field
- Basics skills of Linux/Unix
- Knowledge of databases and version control systems
- Effective troubleshooting and diagnostics skills
- Experience with using ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow, etc.)
