We’re RELEX Solutions, a fast-growing company helping retailers and consumer brands optimize their planning and operations through smart, data-driven technology. As part of our continued growth in the Americas, we’re looking for Application Support Specialists to join our new Technical Support site in Mexico.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Bachelor's degree or 1-2 years of experience in Information Systems Technology, Computer Science, or a similar field
  • Basics skills of Linux/Unix
  • Knowledge of databases and version control systems
  • Effective troubleshooting and diagnostics skills
  • Experience with using ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow, etc.)
