As a member of the HR Service Center, this role is responsible for Labor Relations, Policy Management and Training. The HR Business Partner - Labor Relations will partner with the HR Service Center, the Center of Excellence (COE) and other area functions to support people leaders in the business, functional organization and/or geography to drive business success through people development.
Requirements
- Typically 3+ years of work experience with a bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 2+ years of Labor Relations experience preferred
- Experience handling cases with the Labor Conciliation Center (Centro Laboral de Conciliation) preferred
- Experience with Workday and ServiceNow preferred
