As a member of the Information System team, this position executes operational tasks, provides project assistance, and technical support related to application systems and IT projects as directed by management.
Requirements
- One (1) years Health Information Technology experience
- One (1) years’ experience in an analyst providing application support, debugging, clinical or business workflows, and problem solving, and standard project management tools
- Bachelor's Degree
- Previous experience supporting business applications including, but not limited to, Epic Grand Central and HIM experience.
- Experience with ServiceNow, and Citrix
- Fluency with Microsoft Office 365
- Patient Access and HIM experience
