Credence is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to assist in the technical solution and development/implementation of applications leveraging ServiceNow modules and customization as necessary. The developer will manage and participate in designing and developing solutions using various ServiceNow modules.
Requirements
- Minimum US Citizen with the ability to obtain a Secret clearance
- BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related discipline
- Mid level (3+) Three plus years of hands-on integration experience in ServiceNow
- Senior level (5+) Five plus years of Hands-on Integration experience in ServiceNow
- Experience in a ServiceNow platform in order to support Low-Code/No-Code Development
- Good understanding of ServiceNow's architecture, data model, and core concepts
- Good understanding of ACLs
- Fosters a customer-focused environment
- Communicates effectively to a wide variety of audiences at all organizational levels
- Eliminates obstacles, gets results, have a clear, positive, and direct impact on business performance
- Good problem solver and out of the box thinker
- Experience performing ServiceNow analysis, architecture, and application development
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow components, such as Change Management, Service Catalog, Incident Management, Problem Management, Release Management, CMDB, CSM, Knowledge Management, Self-Service Portal, etc.
- Prior experience participating in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including analysis, design, coding, testing, and promotion into production
- Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML
