The Applications Programmer III - Workday Integration designs and configures complex ERP integrations with other systems and organizations, performing custom application, integrations, data conversions, and ERP development and database management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of relevant experience
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 8 years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree
- In-depth knowledge of UCF or other complex higher education institution ERP systems and architecture
- Significant experience building, managing, and securing Workday integrations, including those for HCM, Financials, and Adaptive Planning
- Strong understanding of Workday Integration Architecture and Tools including Workday Studio, EIB, Cloud Connectors, and Document Transformation
- Expertise in agile software development methodologies and SDLC best practices
- Experience with work management systems like Microsoft DevOps, ServiceNow SDLC, Jira, etc.
- Ability to operate effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Ability to plan, design, configure, and implement system queries, reports, and business process improvements
- Knowledge of user experience (UX) design
- Ability to understand the needs of the business to develop appropriate digital solutions
- Ability to ensure the highest levels of trust in data transparency, compliance, and security
- Excellent communication skills
