ERP International, LLC is seeking a Full Time Tier 1 Service Desk Analyst to support the DFC CFESS technical support program. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of Tier 1 Service Desk Management Experience in an automated setting and experience developing and managing ITIL process-based asset management in an automated ticketing system such as ServiceNow.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Studies or a related field of study
  • 5+ years of Tier 1 Service Desk Management Experience in an automated setting
  • Experience developing and managing ITIL process-based asset management in an automated ticketing system such as ServiceNow
  • Clearance Requirements: Must be able to obtain a DFC Public Trust Clearance including background check
