Asset Management Analyst

GAF is seeking a skilled and experienced IT Asset Management Analyst to join their IT team in Parsippany, NJ. The successful candidate will be responsible for the comprehensive administration of IT assets within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring accurate tracking, documentation, and maintenance of assets throughout their lifecycle.

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• 3+ years of experience working with IT Asset Management in ServiceNow or another asset management tool
• Strong understanding of the full lifecycle of IT assets (hardware and software) within the ServiceNow platform or another tool
• Experience with asset discovery and reconciliation processes
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Preferred)
• Experience integrating 3rd party tools such as but not limited to Workspace one and Tanium into ServiceNow
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Administration Fundamentals, Software Asset Management Fundamentals, Hardware Asset Management Fundamentals)
• Experience with scripting in ServiceNow (e.g., JavaScript)
• Knowledge of hardware and software licensing
