Assistant Manager, Cloud Automation

Join AIA Digital+ as an Assistant Manager, Cloud Automation and help shape a better tomorrow by developing self-service catalog items and approval workflows using ServiceNow, Terraform Cloud, and Ansible Automation Platform. You will work on designing and developing automated infrastructure management processes, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive innovation and excellence.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant hands-on experience in automation of infrastructure management and building self-service capabilities using ServiceNow and its integration with such automation tools like Terraform and Ansible.
• Active professional certifications (ServiceNow System Administrator, ServiceNow Application Developer, Terraform Associate, Azure DevOps Expert, Azure Administrator Associate, etc.) are necessary.
• Good understanding of cloud providers and experience working with cloud providers' APIs.
