The Associate, contactHR EMEA Regional Lead is responsible for managing the employee lifecycle, supporting inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, benefits, payroll, and time off. They serve as the front door to HR for employees, ensuring global support is centralized to hub locations and tailored to regional needs.
Requirements
- Proven experience in HR operations, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of HR systems, particularly Workday and ServiceNow.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical skills to monitor key risk indicators and process improvements.
- Proven track record of managing projects and delivering on schedule.
