Roche is looking for a Process Solution Lead to join their Roche Services & Solutions Center in Budapest. The role involves designing, evaluating, and delivering processes for the End-to-End Support Framework, applying principles and guardrails to translate business strategy into efficient and effective processes.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience leading process development and maintenance
- Strong background in support processes, procedures, and tools
- Broad business process overview (Finance, non-Finance) with ability to align to End-to-End Support Framework
- Solid understanding of ITIL Incident, Problem, Request, and Knowledge Management processes
- Good knowledge of other ITSM processes
- Knowledge of support channels (e.g. ChatBot, Service Portals)
- Fluency in Business English
- Ability to influence and drive adoption of new technologies and services
- ServiceNow background is a great advantage
- Respected and accepted as a trusted partner across all functions and divisions
- Ability to understand needs of personas and consumers
- Ability to define support channel strategies and ways of how support will happen for these specific personas
- Ability and authority for assessing and recommending process improvements
