Roche is looking for a Process Solution Lead to join their Roche Services & Solutions Center in Budapest. The role involves designing, evaluating, and delivering processes for the End-to-End Support Framework, applying principles and guardrails to translate business strategy into efficient and effective processes.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience leading process development and maintenance
  • Strong background in support processes, procedures, and tools
  • Broad business process overview (Finance, non-Finance) with ability to align to End-to-End Support Framework
  • Solid understanding of ITIL Incident, Problem, Request, and Knowledge Management processes
  • Good knowledge of other ITSM processes
  • Knowledge of support channels (e.g. ChatBot, Service Portals)
  • Fluency in Business English
  • Ability to influence and drive adoption of new technologies and services
  • ServiceNow background is a great advantage
  • Respected and accepted as a trusted partner across all functions and divisions
  • Ability to understand needs of personas and consumers
  • Ability to define support channel strategies and ways of how support will happen for these specific personas
  • Ability and authority for assessing and recommending process improvements
