Oversee the design, development, testing, and enhancement of HR systems, manage a team of HR Systems Analysts, and lead technology capabilities through implementation and improvement roadmaps.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or Information Technology.
- At least 6 years of experience in implementing and maintaining HR technologies and leading people/teams.
- Expert understanding of cloud-based technologies and object-oriented data models.
- Strong knowledge of data privacy and other relevant HR data regulations.
- Experience working in an enterprise technology environment, including HRIS infrastructure with touchpoints such as ServiceNow (HRSD), Azure DevOps, Exchange, Workday (e.g. HCM, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Payroll, Compensation).
- Workday Pro and ServicesNowCertifications.
- Experience with Azure DevOps.
