Requirements

• Bachelors’ degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or any Technology stream
• 2+ years of hands-on experience working with network and system administration for Windows servers 2016-2022 with Terminal Services installed
• Cloud and Virtualization Platforms: Proficiency with cloud end user virtualization technologies (Azure Virtual Desktop single and multi-user, AWS Workspaces, and Microsoft RDS) platforms.
• Networking: Understanding of TCP/IP protocol, basic troubleshooting, verification of open ports general understanding of network components.
• Operating Systems: Good knowledge of Windows 10/11 client OS and nice to have Windows 2016-2022 RDSH knowledge.
• Scripting and Automation: Skills in scripting languages PowerShell and Azure CLI and Python.
• Security Best Practices: Familiarity with IT security practices and compliance.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Process and methodologies: Foundational knowledge of ITIL methodology. (Incident, Problem and Change management, Experience with ServiceNow and Jira
