Requirements
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
- Law degree required
- At least 3-5 years’ relevant experience negotiating technology agreements, including but not limited to SaaS or software licensing agreements
- Demonstrated experience supporting a sales organization and closing deals efficiently in collaboration with business teams
- Excellent negotiating and influencing skills, and a talent for non-confrontational, win-win negotiations
- Exceptional critical thinker, who possesses strong business acumen and excellent business judgment
- Proficient drafting and legal technical skills, with keen attention to detail
- Global Perspective: Working knowledge or experience working in an international context
- Revenue Recognition: Understanding of revenue recognition principals and their application in transactional contexts
- Team Player: Strong ability to collaborate effectively with both local and international team members, fostering a cohesive, respectful and productive working environment
