Automation Product Owner responsible for defining, leading, and implementing automation strategies across Global Business Services (GBS) functions, aligning with business objectives and future technology trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or other advanced ServiceNow certifications preferred.
- Relevant certifications in ITIL, project management (e.g., PMP), or business analysis (e.g., CBAP) are advantageous
