Requirements
- Proven experience working in a similar position, working within a corporate AV / VC environment
- Good networking skills
- Knowledge of Crestron Software (Toolbox), Extron Software (PCS), Tesira BiAmp software
- Exposure to ServiceNow service management system, Video conferencing, Cisco Spark
- AVIXA CTS certified would be advantageous but NOT essential
- First class customer service skills
