AVP, Applications Support Senior Analyst – C12 (Hybrid)

The Application Support Senior Analyst provides technical and business support for users of Citi Applications. The role requires a seasoned professional with in-depth disciplinary knowledge and subject matter expertise. The analyst will evaluate moderately complex and variable issues, develop new techniques, and improve processes and workflow.

Requirements

• 4-8 years of experience in an Application Support role
• Experience installing, configuring, or supporting business applications
• Experience with some programming languages and willingness/ability to learn
• Solid experience in SQL/Data Analysis
• Experience with Monitoring tools (ITRS, Splunk, AppDynamics, etc.)
• Fundamentals of Linux/Unix
• Experience with Ticketing Tools (ServiceNow, JIRA, BMC Remedy, Zendesk, etc.)
• Experience with Job Scheduling tools (Autosys, CRON, Control-M, etc.)
• Scripting Skills in (Python, Perl, etc.)
• Familiarity of any programming language
