Requirements

- Proven ability to manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience in vendor management, contract negotiation, and service level agreement (SLA) oversight.
- Previous experience working in a matrixed environment with cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and service management.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, or MS Project.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage vendor relationships.
