T-Systems ICT India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Browser Engineer to manage and configure popular web browsers, develop and deploy browser management solutions, and provide technical support to customers. The ideal candidate has 5-8 years of experience and a strong background in lifecycle management, scripting, and customer support.

Requirements

  • In-depth experience in dealing with modern web browsers Chrome Edge Firefox
  • Very good knowledge in the field of lifecycle management of software and operating systems
  • Experience configuring and managing IT environments via AD GPO MEMCM and Intune
  • Good expertise in solutions with Citrix Enterprise browser and browser as a published app
  • Expertise in scripting with PowerShell and batch ideally also with your own solutions in the field of browser management
  • Experience in installing and managing Windows applications as well as in dealing with the Windows registry and policies
  • Practical knowledge of MS Office and MS Teams
  • Experience using ServiceNow for change and demand management
  • Good knowledge of providing 2nd level and last level support
  • Knowledge of SSO authentication technologies and HTML is an advantage
  • Experience in solving complex technical issues and analysing escalated cases
  • Strong skills in documenting and creating knowledge base articles
