Business Analyst (ServiceNow)

Seeking a Business Analyst (ServiceNow) for a 6-month contract with strong possibilities of renewal. The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders, gather and analyze requirements, and contribute to the development of applications that meet the company's priorities and objectives.

Requirements

• Five (5) years of experience in process analysis positions
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or business administration or college diploma or equivalent
• Five (5) years of experience as a Business Analyst or expert in the field working with ServiceNow
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, in interpersonal relations and customer satisfaction
• In-depth knowledge of requirement collection, documentation, and analysis
• Strong analytical skills and open-mindedness to find solutions to problems
