Business Process Improvement (BPI) Lead

Join Aptiv as the Business Process Improvement Lead to support the leadership team and lead cross-functional projects to solve high impact issues, coordinate with automation teams and service delivery teams, and drive the EMEA continuous improvement program.

Requirements

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt qualification or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in commerce, Business or Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of business experience.
• 3 + proven experience in transformation and change management, including proven success in leading and sustaining improvement initiatives.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication and teaching skills Fluency in English (written/verbal).
• Staying up to date on innovative technological solutions for Finance.
• Experience and skills working with SAP, ServiceNow, Finmatics, PowerBI, Alteryx, OCR, UI Path, process mapping software, and similar applications to enable process transformation and automation.
• Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills.
