The Business Process Improvement Lead will support the leadership team to ensure Lean continuous process improvement is fully embedded in the way GBS operates. The role involves leading and owning cross-functional projects, coordinating with various teams, and driving the EMEA continuous improvement program.
Requirements
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt qualification or equivalent
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in commerce, Business or Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of business experience
- 3 + proven experience in transformation and change management, including proven success in leading and sustaining improvement initiatives
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication and teaching skills
- Fluency in English (written/verbal)
- Staying up to date on innovative technological solutions for Finance
- Experience and skills working with SAP, ServiceNow, Finmatics, PowerBI, Alteryx, OCR, UI Path, process mapping software, and similar applications to enable process transformation and automation
- Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills
