Aptiv's Corporate team is seeking a Business Process Improvement (BPI) Lead to join their GBS Business Process Excellence team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional projects, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and training/coaching teams in lean and process improvement activities.
Requirements
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt qualification or equivalent
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in commerce, Business or Engineering
- 3 + proven experience in transformation and change management
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication and teaching skills
- Fluency in English (written/verbal)
- Experience and skills working with SAP, ServiceNow, Finmatics, PowerBI, Alteryx, OCR, UI Path, process mapping software, and similar applications
