We're looking for a Business Process Improvement (BPI) Lead to join our GBS Business Process Excellence team. As a BPI Lead, you will be responsible for leading and owning cross-functional projects to solve high-impact issues, driving the EMEA continuous improvement program, and training and coaching lean and process improvement activities.
Requirements
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt qualification or equivalent
- Bachelor's or master's degree in commerce, Business or Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of business experience
- 3+ proven experience in transformation and change management, including proven success in leading and sustaining improvement initiatives
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication and teaching skills
- Fluency in English (written/verbal)
- Experience and skills working with SAP, ServiceNow, Finmatics, PowerBI, Alteryx, OCR, UI Path, process mapping software, and similar applications to enable process transformation and automation
