Business Support Analyst

The Business Support Analyst will provide technical support and improve system functionality for corporate 3rd party applications, with a focus on Finance Department Applications. The role involves translating business requirements into functional specifications, providing tier 1-2 support, and working with development staff and vendors to ensure requirements are met.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 2 years work experience supporting Concur or similar Expense Management tool, and Basware or similar Invoice Processing Tool
• Experience using ServiceNow for Incident Management a plus
• Superb communication skills, and high proficiency in packaging disparate information into a cohesive story
• Highly skilled in Excel, Word, and Visio
