Business Support Team Lead

We're hiring a Business Support Team Lead to manage a team of business assistants and oversee core business, technical, and administrative processes. The role focuses on driving continuous improvement, ensuring efficient operations, and engaging with stakeholders. Responsibilities include embedding a continuous improvement approach, identifying innovative solutions, and leading the personal and professional development of the business support team.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of office management principles, task management, diverse administrative processes, and business operations.
• Advanced proficiency in communications, workflow and business software platforms (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, Ariba, ServiceNow etc).
• Strong experience in administrative or business support roles, with proven experience in a leadership position with an ability to motivate and develop others.
