Join MUFG, where being inspired is expected and making a meaningful impact is rewarded. We're looking for a Subject Matter Expert with knowledge of Capacity Management and an understanding of how existing and future regulation impacts Infrastructure Management.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience supporting financial institution(s) in a Capacity Management role
  • 5+ years of experience Capacity Management from a regulatory perspective
  • Proven experience of supporting a Capacity Management function within a financial institution
  • Proven experience of capacity planning for Networks and Data Centres
  • Regulatory Understanding: Demonstratable evidence of ensuring compliance with regulatory standards such as DORA, GDPR, or equivalent regulations in the financial/technology sector from a Capacity Management perspective
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and drive compliance initiatives
  • Knowledge of ITIL Processes generally and touchpoints with Capacity Management processes and controls specifically
  • Proficiency with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA), monitoring systems and reporting platforms
  • Experience with automation and scripting tools (such as SQL, PowerShell and monitoring tool API integration) is desirable
