The CDI - ITSM Platforms Manager will be responsible for managing the ServiceNow solution and its ecosystem, prioritizing and planning evolutions, and ensuring coordination with stakeholders. The candidate will have significant experience with the ServiceNow platform and managing a Service Desk/Excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree: engineering school or equivalent
- Significant experience with the ServiceNow platform (minimum 7 years of experience)
- Significant experience in managing a Service Desk/Excellence (minimum 7 years of experience)
- Expertise in product management, project management
- Experience in change management (as a Key user, Business analyst, Process Owner or Process manager)
- Ability to animate workshops
- Autonomy, organization, and proactivity
- ServiceNow certifications are highly desirable
