Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Successful integration experience of at least five years in HR applications (SIRH, Successfactor, Cornerstone, Oracle HCM, TalentSoft, Workday, Servicenow HRSD, ServiceNow WSD)
• Design of business processes, deployment of SAAS solutions
• ServiceNow expertise, particularly on the Employee Experience suite (HRSD, WSD)
• Functional, technical, and organizational audits of existing business processes and tools
• Design of HR service catalogs
• Design and automation of HR SIRH processes
