We are seeking an ITSM Platforms Manager to join our team. This role is part of the recent deployment of the ServiceNow solution to manage ITSM and ESM processes across the Group.
Requirements
- Prioritize, animate and plan the backlog of evolution requests with a transverse impact on the platform.
- Understand, challenge and prioritize the value of the requested evolutions.
- Pilot and oversee operational devices around the platforms (TMA, support).
- Manage the Product Owners who are hierarchically attached to him.
- Ensure coordination (functional link) with Product Owners who are not hierarchically attached to him.
- Communicate to all stakeholders the platform vision and the roadmap of requested evolutions, integrating the multi-module dimension (ITSM, ITOM, WSD,...).
- Stay vigilant and evangelize on the capabilities of the platform and propose a plan of investment and deployment of modules/products/functions embedded.
- Ensure the relationship with suppliers (editors, outsourcing, expertise).
