Change & Release Management Analyst to support LGRA's IT change management and release management processes. The role requires a strong understanding of IT service management processes, project coordination principles, and ability to work independently and collaborate with key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a change/release management or similar IT service management role.
  • Associates Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience) preferred.
  • Experience with Change Management, Release Management, and other IT Service Management processes.
  • Strong understanding of project coordination principles, including dependency tracking and risk management.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate change impacts and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience working within an ITIL framework preferred.
  • Experience with Agile and/or DevOps methodologies preferred.
  • Experience with Service Management and Work Management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Zendesk, or similar).
  • Experience with the Microsoft productivity tools (Office, Teams, Outlook)
