The IT Change- and Release-Manager is responsible for the planning, coordination, and control of the process of introducing changes to IT services and systems. This includes managing the release of new or updated software, hardware, and infrastructure components in production systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in IT Service Management, Release Management, or a related field
- Good knowledge of ITIL principles and practices (V3), certification advantageous
- Project Management Certificate (PMP, IPMA, PRINCE2)
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Experience with tools for change and release management, such as JIRA, ServiceNow
- Banking experience beneficial
