Requirements

• Must hold an active DoD TS/SCI clearance
• Must be able to commute to Omaha, NE
• Hold and active security certification that meets DOD 8570 IAT level II or higher (i.e., Security+)
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, Additional experience may be excepted in lieu of degree
• At least 3 years of experience with the design, development, and support of technology infrastructure
• At least 2 years of ServiceNow development
• Experience with ServiceNow upgrades
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work independently, prioritize, schedule, and complete multiple tasks
