The Configuration Management Specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining Installed Base records in ServiceNow, monitoring automated maintenance processes, and accepting, validating, and processing change requests.
Requirements
- IT tools familiarity and work experience in IT Services
- Knowledge/experience of tools – Excel, Power point
- Knowledge/experience of working in SAP is mandatory
- Good communication skills
- Exhibits good listening and comprehension
- Prepare clear and concise written communications
- Good to know ServiceNow and ITIL way of working
- Flexibility and adaptability as per the organizational needs
- Inquisitiveness to learn new tools and work on them
- Experience of working in SAP MBP/MP1 with knowledge to extract, transform and update data as needed (for migration from ServiceMax to ServiceNow)

Requirements Summary
