Requirements
- University degree in IT
- ITIL v3/v4 Foundation certified
- System Administrator certification in ServiceNow or similar ITSM tool
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Configuration Management in banking & financial services industry
- Extensive knowledge of the ServiceNow platform
- Experience in design, implementation and documentation of the CMDB
- Experience in design, implementation and documentation of Workflows
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship builder
- Excellent communication skills in English
