Configuration Manager

As a Senior Configuration Manager, you will support Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) and create and implement strategies for developing and delivering CM and AM programs. You will lead strategy for maturation of IT Asset Management and Configuration Management programs, processes, technologies, and staff, and manage a team of process leads and support staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of prior relevant experience OR Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years’ experience OR In absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience is required
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• 5 + years relevant experience in Asset Management & Configuration Management
• 3 + years people management experience
• 3 + years experience with ServiceNow ITSM platform, especially with Asset Management and Configuration Management Databases (AMDB & CMDB) and ServiceNow Discovery
• Experience deploying Software Asset Management solutions
• Advanced excel skills; Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, data analysis
• ITIL 4 Foundation certification
• IT Asset Management certifications such as Certified IT Asset Manager (CITAM)
• Lean IT, Six Sigma, PMP, or similar industry certifications
