As a Consultant, Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for managing Quality Access Validation delivery to Governance and Control and to external auditors.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience using ServiceNow
- Advanced Excel skills (Macros, VBScript)
- Solid organization, planning, and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and schedule work to meet defined SLAs
- Familiarity with Logical Security standards and access policy
- Certification in CIAM, CISA or CISSP (asset)
- Experience building and maintaining dashboards using Tableau and Power BI (asset)
