Mercari is seeking a Corporate DX Engineer to lead the growth of the company by creating a new system from scratch, improving and promoting corporate business systems and DX. The ideal candidate will have experience with multiple enterprise platforms and vendors, understanding of corporate business and systems, and ability to organize and resolve challenges.
Requirements
- Experience with multiple enterprise platforms and vendors' evaluation and system integration (e.g., ServiceNow, Workday, Workato, Concur, NetSuite, Atlassian (Jira, Confluence), Okta)
- Understanding and knowledge of corporate business and systems
- Experience with business process reform and system implementation project management
- Experience with building and modifying back-office systems, such as accounting and HR systems
- Experience in technology-related departments of consulting companies
- Experience in web venture companies
- Language: Japanese: Proficient (CEFR - C1), English: Basic (CEFR - A2)
