Corporate Systems Sr. Business Analyst - ServiceNow

We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst to join our IT team and help us deliver world-class solutions using the ServiceNow platform. This is a unique opportunity to join while Tanium implements a new instance of ServiceNow providing the ability to build a strong business analyst practice early on.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Business Analyst, or similar role, in a large and complex IT environment.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules, such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, etc.
• Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA), Certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist, or Certified ServiceNow Application Developer (CAD) preferred.
• ITIL Certification preferred.

Benefits

• Annual base salary range: $95,000 - $280,000
