We are seeking a CRM Solution Sales Executive to oversee market success of ServiceNow's CRM products, built on our market leading Service Management platform, for the Higher Education Customers. The role involves supporting the strategy and solution win for specialty solution areas across a National Territory and providing input to Core Account Executives during the account planning process.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in leveraging AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
- Experience as an AE, or in alternative sales/customer service role
- Understanding of business sales processes
