We are seeking a Desk Site Support Engineer to provide on-site support to customers, handling diverse challenges and providing crucial support. The role involves troubleshooting, installations, and basic computer repairs. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role and expertise in Windows, Microsoft Office, and Active Directory.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or a service desk environment
- General knowledge of desktop hardware, software, and proficiency in Microsoft applications
- Expertise in Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office Suite, and Microsoft Active Directory
- Familiarity with Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and Entra ID
- Basic troubleshooting and repair capabilities for PCs, servers, and peripherals
- Basic mechanical skills and an understanding of Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) procedures
- Experience with ServiceNow is a plus
- Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English
- Hold a driving license (category B) and be willing to travel about 60% of the time
