Requirements
- HBO or WO work and thinking level in Data Science, Business IT, Data Analytics or Business Administration
- At least 3 years of experience with data or business analysis, preferably within the mortgage sector
- Knowledge of SQL and experience with Power BI
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and experience with systems such as Jira, TOPdesk or ServiceNow
- Strong communication skills and experience with stakeholder management
