NSC Global is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to join their team. The successful candidate will provide technical support for internal IT development teams and stakeholders, troubleshooting and resolving incidents. The ideal candidate will have good knowledge of IT support, excellent communication skills, and the ability to learn on the fly.

Requirements

  • Good knowledge of rudimentary IT Support (Windows, PCs, MS Office, Customer Service)
  • Good phone skills
  • Good documentation skills
  • Able to learn on the fly
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow) is a plus
  • Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical problems
  • Comfortable with using knowledge articles for troubleshooting
  • Collaborating with developers, QA, and end users
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
