Work as part of the Service Management team on various cloud platforms, supporting development and configuration activities in all aspects, providing expertise in the development and implementation of changes and customer service enhancements.
Requirements
- Graduated from a recognized university/college with a degree/certification in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Systems, Math, Engineering or an acceptable combination of education, experience, and training.
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience as a software/application Developer.
- Experience in debugging and code optimization.
- Experience coding with JavaScript.
- A minimum of two (2) years of demonstrable ServiceNow development and configuration experience.
- Knowledge of software development and testing process from preliminary design to formal testing and acceptance.
- Knowledge of computer systems, hardware, software languages, test, debug, software development, software generation and configuration management tools.
- Knowledge of maintenance processes, procedures, business functions in context of the air navigation business.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow modules and their capabilities from a software/application development and configuration perspective.
- Current knowledge of industry trends and developments with respect to existing and evolving computer languages and technologies, productivity tools, user problems, communications equipment, and systems suppliers, etc.
