The role requires a DevOps Engineer to perform day-to-day activities relating to Incidents and Service Requests, in support of Technology stack for internal customers.
Requirements
- Broad knowledge of technical SaaS platform services
- Familiar with common service management tools such as ServiceNow and Jira
- Experience performing system administrative tasks in SaaS products
- Experience of working in a ITIL Framework
- AWS Platform and Microsoft Entra knowledge
- Platform Security knowledge such as MFA tools and SSO configuration
- Networking skills desirable in AWS and to support End user compute
- Collaboration tools such as MS Teams/ Office / Jira / Confluence
- Knowledge of SaaS licence capacity management
- Working knowledge of GIT based version control
- Knowledge of IaaS tools such as Terraform desirable
- AWS Cloud practitioner – Foundation - Desirable
- Technical related qualification - Essential
