Digital Business Analyst (ServiceNow /CSM platform)

We are looking for an experienced Digital Business Analyst who is familiar with CSM platform or ServiceNow. The role involves working with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria, and ensuring system or product readiness for smooth deployment, adoption and operations.

Requirements

• prior working experience in IT business analysis, application solutioning design and testing
• participated in at least one full software or product development cycle, preferably using Agile Methodology
• excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to influence and communicate effectively with non-technical audience and Senior Management
• strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and analyze data effectively
• good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work by oneself as well as collaboratively in a team environment and effectively communicate findings and insights
