Director - DevOps and Platform Engineering

Join Fidelity Labs, our in-house new business incubator, and build the next generation of DevOps infrastructure for our current and future startups! You will guide existing startups through the DevOps process on Fidelity's infrastructure and lead the development of an improved process for future startups.

Requirements

• Deep technical expertise in building and maintaining cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure
• Provisioning and maintaining cloud infrastructure at Fidelity requires coordination across numerous technology groups and a strong awareness of the industry specific governance and security considerations
• Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure), container orchestration (Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Fidelity's pipeline libraries)
• Ability to quickly grasp Fidelity-specific deployment standards, patterns, and internal controls
• Strong written communication, particularly technical documentation
• Familiarity with Fidelity operations and tools such as Venafi, SecureTrak, ServiceNow, Jira, Cloudability, Highway Tools (ALMx Role Management, Profiles, Toolbox), Power BI, Grafana
